Round Rock Honey

The Low Down: Round Rock Honey is 100% true wildflower honey. Their honey is extracted from a variety of different hives scattered across central Texas.  Round Rock Honey is unique in that it is never heated or filtered. Honey is removed from the hives at room temperature so that the pollens, trace minerals, and complex sugars that occur naturally in honey are never compromised.

Taste: Honey is an important element to what we consider a great açaí bowl. Since our bowls are made with only the finest ingredients we needed to find the highest quality honey to match. Luckily for us, the perfect honey is right here in Texas! Round Rock honey does not disappoint: it’s dark, thick, and sweet. Each one of our açaí bowls is drizzled with this delicious honey; it’s the sweetest (and purest) way to add local flavor.
