Blenders and Bowls is the product of the combined passions of two best friends, Erin and Kara. In 2010, these adventurous and free-spirited girls moved from Hawaii to Austin. It didn't take long for them to fall hard for the "live music capital of the world," but something was missing — Açaí — the Brazilian superfruit that makes you feel super good!

What started as a mean craving for an açaí bowl and a great excuse to avoid the office life led to the creation of Blenders and Bowls—Austin's first açaí café. In a rush to share the true powers and flavors of açaí with Austin the girls opened Blenders and Bowls — the healthy mobile food truck. After being in business for only nine short months Blenders and Bowls opened it's first café location at 4th & Brazos. The Blenders and Bowls café shares a space with the gorgeous Wanderlust Live yoga studio. Go check out Blenders and Bowls at the 'feel good cafe' as the girls like to call it, or track town the truck for a perfectly refreshing and energizing meal.

To give back to the community that’s treated them so well, Blenders and Bowls serve up their delicious eats with utmost sustainability, and source their ingredients and products locally whenever possible.
